Refund and return policy
To start a return, please contact us at info@orskey.com. We will get back to you in 3-5 working days. You are eligible to refund and return 30 days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instruction on how to send your package. Then please send the product to this address: Warehouse No. 1, Zhenzhong 4th Road, Futian District, Shenzhen (Opposite to Meilai Hospital),China 518000.The address is only for return. For shipping back the return products, we only accept DHL,UPS or Fedex. The shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. When we receive the return products, we will inspect the products in 3 working days and approve the return if the product is in good condition.Once we approved your refund request and confirmed the returned item, we will refund you in full within 2 working days.

We will get back to you in 3-5 working days. Once approved, you will get a replacement of product of refund in full of purchase. We will pay for the delivery.
