FAQ

Question 1: Do you have to keep formatting the SD card or once it's formatted you no longer need to reformat?
Answer: We recommend that you format the memory card once a month.

Question 2: Does this camera could turn on and off automatically?
Answer: It turns on when you start your car and shuts off when you turn your car off.

Question 3: What is the G-sensor?
Answer: When the g-sensor is activated due to a collision, the footage currently recorded will be automatically locked to avoid being overwritten by loop recording.

Question 4: Which button do you push to save a segment? Is it the lock button?
Answer: There is a lock button with a lock icon at the right side of the dash cam, when the current footage video you want to lock it, just press this button, then the current video will be locked.

Question 5: Can I use dash cam to monitor inside my car? My dog travels with me. I want to be able to monitor her when i’m outside the car.
Answer: If you need dash cam record 24 hours even after car parked, it will need install with hard wire kit, the power supply is from car battery. If install with included cigar lighter power cord, when car parked, dash cam will turn off, if something bumped the car, the vibration will activate dash cam to turn on and take a short video then turn off, it use the camera built in battery.

Please adjust the sensitivity of G-sensor to Low or turn it off , the video file will be easily locked when your car brake, even if the loop recording function of the dash cam is turned on

To ensure seamless video recording, please kindly turn off the "Motion Detection" function while driving.

When the dash cam prompts 'SD card FULL', it will turn off automatically to remind you to format sd card and reset it. Please follow these steps to solve the issue.

1. Turn off G-sensor, motion detection and Parking mode

2. Please use the Lock function when you need to save a video without being overwritten
