FAQ

Question 1: Can this be used for a continuous rear camera? I'm looking to replace my mirror?
Answer: This Camera is not a Mirror type Camera. But it does come with a Rearview Camera. And good instructions to install it. The view screen is super clear.

Question 2: How do you turn on the night vision on the dash cam? I've recorded during the night but my footage looks so dark.
Answer: Please short press the power button to turn on the night vision function.

Question 3: Does this dual dash cam front and rear include a power cable?
Answer: Yes. The power cable goes to the front camera. The cable from the rear camera plugs into the front camera, providing a video feed from the rear camera and power to the rear camera.

Question 4: Can settings be changed to where rear view camera doesn't show up on the screen?
Answer: Yes, recordings for the front and rear view will be made separately. If you refer to the display, you will be able to switch between "Front Camera Only" "Rear Camera Only" or "Split Screen" by pressing the UP button. 

Question 5: Does this need to be charged? If so how? If not what kind of batteries are needed?
Answer: Dash cam has a built-in battery which is only for the emergency lock. External power is needed while using. Please keep plugging the car charger into the car cigarette lighter.

Warm Tips：

Please adjust the sensitivity of G-sensor to Low or turn it off , the video file will be easily locked when your car brake, even if the loop recording function of the dash cam is turned on

To ensure seamless video recording, please kindly turn off the "Motion Detection" function while driving.

When the dash cam prompts 'SD card FULL', it will turn off automatically to remind you to format sd card and reset it. Please follow these steps to solve the issue.

1. Turn off G-sensor, motion detection and Parking mode

2. Please use the Lock function when you need to save a video without being overwritten
